Plans are afoot to have a Rockbrook Past Pupils Reunion in late February/early March 2009. It will be two years since the last one and a good opportunity for many more past pupils to meet up and catch up!

To organise this event, the past pupils union needs help, lots of it, so if you have some time to spare, some advice to give or even a few words of encouragement, do let us know.

It is very important that all past pupils get to hear about this so please make sure your contact details are up to date. Please mention this to others you are in contact with. You can update your details here.

Ladies and Gentlemen, you are all very welcome.  Thank you for coming!  Great to see so many here.  Great to see so much hair!  I imagine that is a result from schooling in the foothills of the Dublin Mountains or else the sales of Rogane Hair Restorer shot up when word went out about this event. 

We would like to acknowledge some of the people who have traveled quite a distance to attend this event: - Barcelona, Germany, the UK and various counties around Ireland. 

Just a note to say thanks to all the organisers for a fantastic night. I thought the atmosphere was great, venue was a perfect informal setting and the food and music were just right - don't think it could have gone any better. The night seemed to pass very quickly with much excited chatter and tales of years gone by. Thanks again for all your efforts - it was obviously a huge effort and very slickly done.

The words above perhaps provide an apt summary of the sentiments of all of us who attended the Rockbrook Past Pupils Reunion on March 3rd 2007. With a turnout of 160 people including past pupils from practically every year ranging from 1978 to 2005, the night was bound to be interesting from the start. The location at the home of Guinness was ideal in many ways and we were well looked after. From drinks on arrival, through a fine sit down meal accompanied by a jazz band and a few fond memories from Jackie Brennan over dessert, the night just flew by. At 1:30am the Storehouse staff were still trying to push us out the door. Some of us just still had talking to do!

Rockbrook Past Pupils Union Inaugural event took place on Saturday March 3rd 2007 at the Guinness Storehouse in Dublin.   

160 past pupils, guests and teachers gathered for what will be a very memorable evening for years to come.  More details to follow.....
